The Crossing Apartments Newcastle
The Crossing is a 48 x residential apartment building located in the CBD area of Newcastle. Our team carried out the electrical scope of works for the construction of this building, including the complete installation, testing and commissioning of all electrical systems, ensuring full functionality, safety and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
University of Newcastle Design Building
The Design Building is a modern, open plan building located in the grounds of Newcastle University. Our team were engaged to carry out the electrical scope of works associated with the re-purposing of this award winning building into a staff office for IT services. Our works involved supplying power and data to new workstations and the installation of suspended LED extrusion lighting throughout the building along with some very large Big Ass Fans.
Tomaree Sports Amenities
This project involved the construction of a new amenities building with conference room, canteen and separate storage shed at Tomaree Sports Ground for Port Stephens Council. The works involved a power upgrade to the complex along with the supply of power, data and lighting to the building.
Skate Parks
Our team installed lighting to Bahloo Reserve, Bernie Goodwin and Thomas Halton Skate Parks all situated within the Lake Macquarie City Council area.
The project involved infrastructure works, new switchboard and pole mount area lighting.
Lakeview Blinds and Awnings
This project included the reconstruction of an existing warehouse facility including a new showroom. The new showroom and display centre was designed to showcase the client’s extensive product range in the best possible light. This involved the installation of bespoke lighting and power to enhance display and work stations.
Bidfoods Cold Storage Facilities
Bidfood is a large food distribution company in Australia and New Zealand that supplies food, meat, and liquor to foodservice operators. Level Electrical Newcastle Central completed the electrical scope for new Bidfood Storage Facilities in Beresfield NSW, Darwin NT and Hume ACT. These facilities include office and amenities areas and large warehouses with cold storage facilities.
