This limited-time promotion includes the supply and standard installation of a Hitachi airHome 400 reverse-cycle split system air conditioner for a fixed price of $2,199 including GST. The offer is valid for a limited number of units and applies only to eligible properties within the Canberra and Queanbeyan region.

What’s Included

The offer includes one brand new Hitachi airHome 400 split system (model number: 2.5kW Hitachi R32 airHome 400 Wall Mounted Set RAK/RAC-DJ25PHAT), featuring advanced self-cleaning technology (FrostWash), energy-efficient Vector DC Inverter performance, app-based control via airCloud Go*, and voice assistant compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Home*. The unit comes with a 6-year manufacturer’s warranty, and installation is backed by a 1 year workmanship warranty from Level Electrical + Air.

Our standard installation package includes:

• Up to 4 metres of piping
• One external pipe cover
• One wall bracket or set of stumps for the outdoor unit
• Up to 15 metres of electrical cabling and RCBO
• A weatherproof isolation switch
• Installation on a single-storey property with straightforward access
• No placement of outdoor unit on the roof
  
  

All installation work will be carried out by licensed electricians from our Fyshwick-based team.

Additional Costs and Non-Standard Installations

The advertised price covers standard back-to-back installations only. If your installation requires additional work or materials such as mounting on a second storey, installing on a roof, core drilling through brick or concrete, upgrading your switchboard, or trenching for power or piping, additional charges will apply. These will be clearly explained and quoted before any work proceeds.

Eligibility and Availability

This offer is available exclusively to residential customers located in Canberra and Queanbeyan. It is limited to one unit per household and subject to a site suitability assessment. All installations must meet relevant electrical and safety standards.

The promotion is valid for bookings made between August 18 and August 31, 2025, or while stock lasts. All installations must be completed within 30 days of booking confirmation, unless otherwise arranged.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required on the day the installation is completed, unless prior written arrangements have been made.

Use of the app and voice control features requires a compatible smartphone or device, a stable internet connection, and account registration with Hitachi or applicable third-party services. Some features may vary depending on your home network setup.
