Level Electrical + Air Fyshwick is offering a FREE Electrical Home Safety Check for new residential customers when booked alongside a paid electrical service callout or qualified appointment.
Offer valid for private domestic homes only, not strata, real estate, rental, or commercial properties. One per household, subject to availability, and ends 30 June unless withdrawn earlier. Not in conjunction with other offers.

1. Offer Overview

Level Electrical + Air Fyshwick (“we”, “our”, “us”) is offering a complimentary Electrical Home Safety Check (“Safety Check”) to eligible new customers when booked at the same time as a paid electrical service callout or qualified appointment.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Safety Check, the following conditions must be met:
New Customer Requirement: The individual must be a new customer, defined as someone who has never previously been quoted, invoiced, or charged by Level Electrical + Air Fyshwick for any electrical, air conditioning, or related services.
Booking Requirement: The Safety Check must be completed during the same visit as a paid electrical callout, service appointment, or other qualified booked job. The Safety Check cannot be booked as a standalone service.
Residential Properties Only: The offer applies only to private domestic residences such as standalone houses, townhouses, and owner-occupied dwellings.The following are excluded:

  • Strata-managed properties
  • Real estate–managed properties
  • Rental or investment properties
  • Commercial, industrial, or business premises

Homeowner Presence Requirement: The homeowner or authorised occupant must be present at the property for the duration of the appointment. This is required to allow the service to be explained, recommendations discussed, and any approvals or payments to be made on the day of attendance.
Employee Exclusion: Employees of Level Electrical + Air Fyshwick or any related Level Group entities are not eligible for this offer.
Not in Conjunction with Other Offers: This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or package.
One Per Household: A maximum of one (1) free Safety Check is permitted per physical household/property address.

3. Scope of the Electrical Home Safety Check

The Safety Check is a non-invasive, visual and functional review of accessible electrical components within the home. The Safety Check may include:

  • Visual inspection of the switchboard condition and labelling
  • Visual inspection for damaged electrical outlets, switches, or fittings
  • Identification of outdated or non-compliant components
  • Hazard Reporting

If safety hazards or areas of concern are identified, the customer will be provided with a report outlining the findings and recommended corrective actions.

 

4. Exclusions

The Safety Check does not include:

  • Any repairs, parts or materials
  • Thermal imaging
  • Appliance testing (fixed or portable)
  • Work requiring dismantling or removing fittings
  • Access to unsafe areas (e.g., hazardous switchboards, obstructed locations)
  • Roof space, subfloor, or confined-space inspection
  • Any testing beyond non-invasive assessments
  • Any recommended remedial work will be quoted separately.

 

5. Limitations, Availability & Right to Refuse


This offer is subject to technician availability and may not be available on all dates or in peak periods.
We may refuse or withdraw the offer if eligibility conditions are not met, the property is unsafe to access, or the customer requests work outside the defined scope of the Safety Check.
Technicians may decline or modify parts of the Safety Check if safe access is not possible.

 

6. Service Area Limitation


This offer is available only within our standard service area.Additional travel charges may apply for out-of-area locations, and the offer may be declined for addresses outside our operational zone.

 

7. Offer Validity


This offer is valid until 30 June, unless withdrawn earlier at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the offer at any time.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory or New South Wales, depending on the property location. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
