Terms & Conditions - Service Packages
By booking or purchasing any of our packages, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.
Scope of Services
1.1. Each service package includes only the services explicitly listed in the package description.
1.2. Any additional work or services outside of the package inclusions are not covered and may incur additional costs.
1.3. If further work is required after inspection or service, our team will advise you and offer to rebook the appropriate service at an additional cost.
2. Offer Eligibility
2.1. Residential Properties Only: The offer applies only to private domestic residences such as standalone houses, townhouses, and owner-occupied dwellings.
2.2. Excluded Properties: The following are not eligible:
- Strata-managed properties
- Real estate–managed properties
- Rental or investment properties
- Commercial, industrial, or business premises
2.3. Homeowner Presence: The homeowner or an authorised occupant must be present for the duration of the appointment to allow the service to be explained, recommendations discussed, and any approvals or payments made on the day.
2.4. Employee Exclusion: Employees of Level Electrical + Air Fyshwick or any related Level Group entities are not eligible.
2.5. One Per Household: A maximum of one service package is permitted per physical household/property address.
2.6. Not in Conjunction: This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or package.
2.7. Offer Validity: Subject to availability, the offer ends on 30 June unless withdrawn earlier.
3. Payment
3.1. Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise specified.
3.2. Packages are non-refundable, non-tradable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3.3. Payments can be made via [list payment methods: e.g., credit card, debit, EFTPOS, cash].
4. Booking and Access
4.1. Customers must provide safe and unobstructed access to the work area.
4.2. Any delays or additional costs caused by inadequate access or site preparation may incur extra charges.
4.3. Services are subject to availability, and bookings may need to be rescheduled in case of unforeseen circumstances.
5. Service Limitations
5.1. Our services are limited to standard plumbing, electrical, and HVAC operations as described in the package.
5.2. We do not cover pre-existing issues not specified in the package unless explicitly noted.
5.3. Safety checks, inspections, and performance assessments are designed to identify issues, but cannot guarantee that future faults will not occur.
5.4. Technicians may decline or modify parts of the service if safe access is not possible.
6. Responsibility and Liability
6.1. Level and its staff will exercise reasonable skill, care, and diligence in performing all services.
6.2. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from pre-existing conditions or unforeseen faults.
6.3. Any advice provided during service is based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection.
7. Safety and Compliance
7.1. All work will comply with relevant Australian standards and industry regulations.
7.2. Customers must follow any safety instructions provided by our technicians during or after service.
7.3. Services may be limited or delayed if conditions are unsafe, including but not limited to: electrical hazards, gas leaks, structural hazards, or unsafe work environments.
8. Additional Work and Follow-Up
8.1. If additional repairs, replacements, or maintenance is required, our team will provide a quote for further services.
8.2. Additional services are separate transactions and must be booked and paid for independently.
8.3. Emergency call-outs outside of booked service packages may incur additional fees.
9. Limitations, Availability & Right to Refuse
9.1. This offer is subject to technician availability and may not be available on all dates or during peak periods.
9.2. We may refuse or withdraw the offer if:
- Eligibility conditions are not met
- The property is unsafe to access
- The customer requests work outside the defined scope of the service
9.3. Technicians may modify or decline parts of the service if safe access is not possible.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory or New South Wales, depending on the property location. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
