Most residential EV charger installations are completed in 3–4 hours, depending on access and switchboard setup.
At the moment, there are no standard residential rebates in NSW for EV charger installations. If any incentives or programs become available, our team will keep you informed and help you understand what you’re eligible for.
Single phase power is what most homes already have and is suitable for everyday charging.
Three phase power allows for faster charging speeds, but it’s only available in some homes. If you’re unsure what you have, we’ll check and recommend the best option based on your setup.
RFID adds an extra layer of control by ensuring only authorised users can access your charger. You simply tap a card to start charging. This is especially useful if your charger is installed in an open or shared area.
In some cases, yes. If your current switchboard doesn’t have the capacity or doesn’t meet modern safety standards, an upgrade may be required. We’ll assess this upfront and explain your options clearly before any work begins.
Yes, many of the chargers we install connect to a mobile app, allowing you to track energy usage, monitor charging sessions, and manage your charger remotely. It’s a simple way to stay in control of your energy use.
Load management helps balance your home’s power usage so your EV charger doesn’t overload your system. It’s particularly useful in homes with high energy demand or multiple large appliances running at the same time. We’ll let you know if it’s recommended for your setup.
