Next Level Awards 2024
Standout Growth award
A Member in each trade (plumbing and electrical) will be awarded a Standout Growth award to celebrate top line growth.
Members will be evaluated on the increase in revenue in their business over the last two financial years and scored against the below markers to ensure the size of the Members business does not negatively impact the scoring.
To ensure sustainable growth is being recognised Members Gross Profit Margins will also be scored against the growth, comparing the previous years result.
- Highest $ increase in revenue
- Highest % increase in revenue
- Maintaining and/or improvement of Gross Profit Margins
Only Members who have been in the group for a minimum of 6 months prior to the awards night are eligible.
Business Excellence award
A Member in each trade (plumbing and electrical) will be awarded a Business Excellence award for the highest gross profit margin achieved in the last financial year.
Maintaining or growing Gross Profit margins over the last two financial years will also be factored into the scoring.
Only Members who have been in the group for a minimum of 6 months prior to the awards night are eligible.
Living the Level brand award
Living the Level brand One Member will be awarded the Living the Level brand award for proudly representing the Level brand.
Members will be evaluated on:
- Level collateral development and usage
- Social media activity
- Brand compliance
- Local area marketing and sponsorships
Only Members who have been in the group for a minimum of 6 months prior to the awards night are eligible.
Emerging Leader award
One Member will receive an Emerging Leader award for demonstrating strong success and business improvement in the last 12 months.
The Emerging Leader recipient will be considered a high performer who has the ability to take on leadership and mentoring roles within the group.
Only Members who have been in the group for a minimum of 6 months prior to the awards night are eligible.
Network Engagement award
One Member will be awarded the Network Engagement award for their efforts in engaging positively with the entire Level tribe.
Members will be evaluated on:
- Networking with and supporting other Members
- Supporting Level’s supply chain
- Actively engaging in Level’s business planning program
- Advocating for the group
Only Members who have been in the group for a minimum of 6 months prior to the awards night are eligible.
Business of the year award
A Business of the year award will be awarded to one Member from each trade (plumbing and electrical) who has made significant gains in their business and can demonstrate commitment to continuous business improvement through business planning activities.
Eligible Members will actively work on Level’s five business improvement pillars of Strategy, Finance, Systems, People and Sales & Marketing and be able to highlight performance improvements and tangible results in each area.
Only Members who have been in the group for a minimum of 6 months prior to the awards night are eligible.
Employee of the year award
One employee from each trade (plumbing and electrical) will be awarded the Employee of the year award for making a standout contribution to the overall success of the Members business.
The Employee of the year will have clearly exceeded their KPI’s and gone above and beyond the expectations of the role.
Only Members who have been in the group for a minimum of 6 months prior to the awards night are eligible.
