Meet the team
Rowan Jolly
Say hello to the face behind the business, our Managing Director, Rowan Jolly!
Rowan acquired Maitland Air & Electrical (now trading as Level Electrical & Air Maitland) over eight years and loves the freedom being a business owner offers... (mind you, he's always in the office!). Rowan lives for the team and keeping customers as informed as possible. We all pride ourselves on customer communication.

Hayden Wilson
Hayden has been with the team for 3 years and over that time has made his way from Air Conditioning Technician to Air Conditioning Manager, and we couldn’t be more stoked to have him leading the air con team.
He brings to the role his wealth of technical knowledge and hands-on experience to guide our team and is the go to person to ensure our technicians are well-trained and equipped to handle any challenge that may face them.
If you have an air con or refrigeration job for us, Hayden will likely be the person you speak to. He provides our customers with expert advice, tailored solutions and unparalleled service – what a man!
We bet you’re dying to know Hayden’s one piece of advice to his customers – ‘keep up regular air conditioning services” - we couldn’t have said it better ourselves.
Dave Tarlinton
For our Office Administrator, Dave Tarlinton, communication is key.
Dave has been with us for over three years and he would describe our communication style as, “Very effective. We always keep each other in the loop and the customer well informed. They need to know what’s going on just as much as we do.”
Dave’s role plays a big part in this, he does everything from scheduling jobs, ordering parts, liaising with technicians, customers and suppliers, to organising quotes, invoices and doing general office duties. One thing is for sure – we’d be lost without him!
John Moses
John Moses, one of our Licensed Electricians, has been with the business for over ten years – even before we became Maitland Air & Electrical (and now trading as Level Electrical & Air Maitland).
John’s role is classified as an Electrical Technician and Assistant. He provides support to our customers and the team. A typical day for him would be providing electrical installations and repairs, and assisting the refrigeration team when needed.
John is a team member who is always prepared to assist others when required and someone who enjoys a chat.
Sam Siejka
Let us introduce you to Samuel (Sam) Siejka, our Electrical Apprentice.
Sam has been with the team for almost four years after completing a school course work placement. Once Sam finished school, he was offered an apprenticeship with us.
Sam is known for his pursuit of knowledge and perfecting his skills, and for him, the most likeable aspect of working with us is our “supportive and knowledgeable” work environment. His favourite type of work is control work (mainly aimed at industrial and commercial clients).
Ryan Stein
Ryan Stein’s hard working attitude and attention to detail is what makes him the perfect person for our Air Conditioning Technician position.
No two days are the same for Ryan, he does a variety of work for our customers, ensuring that they receive the highest quality service every time. One of his favourite things about working with the Level Electrical & Air team is their strong communication within the business, and with their customers.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys the great outdoors – camping, going on fishing trips and catching up with mates.
Tom Johnson
Tom Johnson is our breakdown Tech and is responsible for carrying out installations, assisting with breakdowns and helping the team with services on all air conditioners.
Tom’s favourite part about working with the team is the variety of tasks he gets to work on each day. He is a keen learner and enjoys building up his mechanical skills.
The number one piece of advice Tom gives to his air conditioning customers is to never attempt any DIY work if you’re not an expert in the area, always leave the technical work to the professionals. The Level Electrical & Air team are always just a phone call away. And most importantly, remember to regularly clean your air conditioning filters!
Jett Lee
Second year fridgey apprentice, Jett Lee believes that quality work, time efficiency and understanding the processes is the key to working with us and our clients.
In his role, Jett is responsible for assisting the team where needed and installing and servicing air cons. If you ask Jett the most important piece advice he gives clients, he’d say that continuous and regular services are the key to helping air conditioners last longer.
Outside of work, Jett is quite the cricket enthusiast, and he’s not bad at it either! In 2022, he bowled for NSW in the State Cricket Challenge. He currently bowls for the East Maitland Griffins under 19s first grade.
Ethan Cameron
First-year electrical apprentice, Ethan Cameron completed work experience with us, and it was a great way to see how he fit in perfectly with the team and had a can-do attitude. It was then a no-brainer to offer him an apprenticeship position.
For Ethan he says the best part of working with Level Electrical & Air is working with an experienced and fun team, whilst also learning lots along the way. In his role, Ethan is responsible for assisting the team where needed, completing electrical fit-outs, and power runs.
If Ethan could describe the team in three words, he’d say quality, loyal and of course, good-banter.
Tom Lovegrove
Tom Lovegrove, affectionately known as Lovey to the boys, is one of our apprentice refrigeration technicians - which means he’s your go to when it comes to installing or servicing air cons.
If you ask any of the boys in the team they’ll tell you that they love having Lovely on jobs with them as he’s a whizz when it comes to assisting the team, efficiency and ensuring everything is done as they should be.
His favourite thing about Level Electrical + Air Maitland is the team’s commitment to each other and the clients they get to work with. Lovey also values how excellent the team is at communicating clearly. This goes for their clients and also internally.
A little fun fact, Lovey is mad about his footy and if you see him on the roads, Post Malone will be blaring out of the speakers.
