Les was new to the Maitland area and needed expert air conditioning and electrical work completed at his recently bought home. He moved to Telarah to be closer to his daughter and the rest of the family.
His daughter has been a longstanding client of ours and has had wonderful experiences each time she has engaged our services. So obviously, it was a no-brainer that when Les asked for advice on a local air con and electrical team to use, his daughter pointed him in our direction. The right direction!
Telarah is an excellent location to buy a house and in a wonderful region, however most homes are older and unfortunately don’t already have air conditioning already installed. And that’s where our relationship with Les began.
He asked us to provide a quote for an air con install in the kitchen and quickly realised we were local tradies he could trust. That led him to ask us to install tv antennas and new power points alongside his new air conditioner.
When the team arrived to the job and began carrying out the power point installation, they saw the perfect opportunity to upgrade all the power points and switches throughout the house to the ‘Clipsal Iconic Range’.
Les’ Telarah home was built in the 1960s and on stilts, which meant the team needed to inspect under the house upon installation. This allowed us to ensure we were able to clip the cables above ground, which mitigates any hazards and risks that may pop up down the track.
One of the first things we check before doing any electrical work for a client is the safety of their switchboard. Upon our recommendation, a few weeks later Les booked in to upgrade the home's switchboard to ensure it was as safe as possible for him and his family.
