Level Group Australia is a national network of independent plumbing and electrical businesses. We bring together experienced tradespeople and business owners, giving them the tools, systems, and community to grow stronger businesses while keeping their independence.

Yes. You remain the owner of your business. Joining Level gives you the resources and support of a national network, but you make the day-to-day decisions that suit your business.
Your Business Support Manager is your main point of contact for all things Level. They’ll help you get set up, keep you connected with opportunities, and provide advice on everything from operations and staffing to marketing and growth.
We work with a variety of businesses - from small, owner-operated teams to larger operations. What matters most is your commitment to quality, safety, and customer service.
We’re not a territory-based network, so there are no formal limits on where you can work. Most Members focus on their local area, but you can take on projects wherever the opportunity makes sense for your business.
No. Unlike traditional franchise models, we don’t take a percentage of your sales or any work you complete, no matter where it comes from. Your membership fee gives you full access to the benefits, tools, and support of the Level network - while you keep 100% of what you earn.
Your data is your own - and it always will be. We don’t claim ownership or limit how you use it. With the help of our supply partners, we make sure it’s safe, secure, and protected, so you never have to worry about privacy.
Our standard membership term is five years, after which it automatically renews. We’ve structured it this way because we believe in building strong, long-term partnerships that give you the stability and confidence to plan for the future.
We offer a low-cost model with no hidden fees. Your membership covers our full business support program - from systems and marketing to supplier deals and national brand presence. It’s designed to deliver real value.
Absolutely. We know how easy it is for business owners to get stuck on the hamster wheel, so we make time for connection and growth. From our annual national conference to local networking events, training sessions, and social activities, we create plenty of opportunities to step away from the day-to-day, recharge, and share ideas with other Members.
We partner with leading digital providers to give Members the right tools for the job. For resource management, we work with Simpro, a leader in end-to-end field service management, helping you track and manage projects from the office to the field. Features like quoting, job costing, scheduling, materials management, and invoicing are all built in. We guide you in choosing the right platforms, then provide hands-on support during setup, plus ongoing training and upskilling so you get the most from your systems.
