We don’t charge royalties or limit your decision-making. Instead, we work alongside ambitious owners to strengthen their operations, streamline performance, and build long-term business value.

Yes. You retain 100% ownership, control and decision-making power. Level is not a traditional controlling franchise. You continue operating under your own business entity with control of your team, finances, and customers. Level exists to support your growth - not replace your independence.

Level is designed for established plumbing and electrical businesses that are ready to grow or improve their operational performance. While there is no fixed minimum revenue requirement, applicants must demonstrate strong customer reputation, financial sustainability and a commitment to scaling professionally. We assess each business individually to ensure the alliance is the right strategic fit for both parties.

Level supports Members in both metropolitan and regional locations across Australia. As part of our alliance model, we assess each region to ensure there is long-term growth potential and no direct overlap with existing Members. This protects your area for future expansion while enabling national collaboration without internal competition.

Level does not charge percentage-based royalties. Our model is transparent and fixed-fee based, aligned with the value of the support and services you receive. This means you retain the benefit from any growth you generate and have predictable cost structures that scale sustainably.

You do. All customer relationships, data, contracts and project history remain the property of your business. Level provides tools and systems to help manage customer information securely, but ownership and control always stay with you.

Level membership is structured with an initial five-year term, designed to provide the stability and runway needed to implement systems, scale confidently and maximise long-term outcomes. After this period, there is an opportunity to renew this arrangement. This model reflects our commitment to building lasting partnerships - not short-term programs - and gives Members the confidence to plan for growth with certainty. Likewise, if you feel Level has not supported you during the initial term, you can
exit.

Level hosts national conferences, leadership courses, peer workshops and specialised training events throughout the year. These forums provide direct access to industry leaders, commercial partners and top-performing Members who openly share strategies and results. It’s not just networking - it’s collective advancement.

Level is an Australian-owned alliance led by industry professionals who have built and run successful plumbing and electrical businesses themselves. Our leadership team is actively involved in the growth of the network, reinvesting into systems, support and innovation to ensure Members stay ahead. Ownership remains privately held to protect Member interests and maintain long-term strategic focus.
