Say hello to our General Manager, Operations

Level Group Australia is pleased to introduce Jonathan Holbrow as our General Manager, Operations. “Jonny” joins the Level tribe with an outstanding track record of supporting independent business owners to succeed. With 12 years’ experience working with small businesses, we are excited to see Jonny’s expertise at play providing quality business improvement initiatives to Members, whilst supporting our mission of being Australia’s trade network of choice.

What attracted you to Level?
The philosophy of being a Member-first organisation that has a single purpose across all areas of the business - to help our Members succeed.

What excites you the most about the role?
Leading the frontline in supporting a diverse group of Members, each with unique challenges to overcome, and building a network of highly engaged Members that work, win and celebrate together.

What are your favourite hobbies?
Spending quality time with my family, hitting the twisties on my motorbike and hopelessly playing golf...

What’s your favourite food?
Sundays are all about roast dinners with the family, but every other day I would eat curry if I could!
