All award entries must be submitted via the official Google Form by 31st July 2025.
Submissions must include relevant data, photos, or testimonials to support your entry.
A scoring matrix has been developed for each award to ensure objective and consistent judging.
The top 3 finalists for each category will be announced at the Awards Night.
Judging will be conducted by a panel made up of Level Leadership, selected Members, and external experts relevant to each trade.
Members must have no outstanding compliance or governance issues to be eligible for selection.
The Standout Growth Award recognises one Member in each trade (Plumbing and Electrical) who has demonstrated exceptional top-line business growth over the past financial year.
Members will be evaluated based on their performance over the last two financial years, with a scoring structure designed to recognise growth regardless of business size. This ensures both large and small businesses are assessed fairly.
Scoring will be based on the following:
Highest $ increase in revenue
Highest % increase in revenue
Growth in field worker headcount
One Member in each trade (Plumbing and Electrical) will receive the Business Excellence Award for achieving exceptional gross profit performance.
Scoring will be based on:
Highest $ Gross Profit FY25
% increase in Gross Profit (FY23/24 to FY24/25)
This award recognises Members who have focused on profitability and operational efficiency as key drivers of success.
This award celebrates one Member who consistently lives and promotes the Level brand.
Scoring will be based on:
Use of preferred suppliers
Application of brand guidelines and assets
Visible brand presence across vehicles, uniforms, buildings, and stationery
Investment in marketing across online, offline, and local channels
This award recognises Members who embody what it means to be a Level brand ambassador.
Awarded to one Member who exemplifies active participation and contribution to the broader Level community.
Scoring will be based on:
Networking and collaboration with other Members
Support and compliance within the supply chain
Involvement in business planning activities
Advocacy and external promotion of the Level Group
This award recognises Members who strengthen the tribe through consistent engagement and support.
One Member from each trade (Plumbing and Electrical) will be awarded Business of the Year for demonstrating holistic business performance and commitment to continuous improvement.
Scoring will be based on results across Level’s five pillars:
Strategy – Planning and goal achievement
Finance – Budgeting and financial performance
Systems – Tool and system usage and development
People – Team growth, training, and performance management
Marketing – Execution and brand alignment
Plus, overall business improvement in sales, gross profit, or customer growth.
One outstanding employee from each trade (Plumbing and Electrical) will be recognised for their exceptional contribution to the Member’s business.
Scoring will be based on:
Loyalty and tenure
Training and development efforts
Achievement and surpassing of KPIs
Personal growth and contribution to business success
This award honours individuals who go above and beyond in driving team and business performance.
Eligibility: Employees must work for a Member who has been part of the Level Group for at least six months prior to the Awards Night. Excludes business owners.
