Being part of Level pushes you to keep improving as a business owner. Over the past year, we’ve grown revenue by 16%, more than doubled net profit, strengthened our commercial division, and significantly increased our Google reviews. A big part of that comes from being surrounded by other business owners who are willing to share ideas, set high standards, and back each other.

Peter Dillon, Director - Level Plumbing Tamworth

Keelan Olsen

Even while operating under our existing brand, being part of Level has opened up a completely new talent pool. We’ve brought in experienced people from within the alliance and are in discussions with another senior hire relocating, strengthening our team in a way that wouldn’t have been possible on our own.

The advice, experience and level of professionalism from the Level Group is not matched in anything I have come across in our industries. Over the past year we’ve grown our team by nearly 40%, and the support and ideas across the group have played a big part in that.

Paul Wilks, Director - Level Electrical & Solar Mudgee

Level gives us everything we need to grow as a business - from strategic business support to a network of Members who share real insights and solutions. Being part of this alliance has helped us move faster, operate with greater confidence, and consistently attract new customers - now averaging 67 a month.

Daniel Tait, Director - Level Plumbing Adelaide CBD

Aleck Parry

We were working hard to build a more professional, commercially focused plumbing business, and the Level brand already represented exactly where we wanted to go. Since transitioning we’ve seen a clear lift in both the number and quality of applicants for our plumbing roles.

Aleck Parry, Director - Level Plumbing Lithgow

Kristy Hudson awards 2024

Four years ago, we told Level our ten-year dream was to build a successful business that would give us the freedom to travel Australia. Today, that dream is our reality. The support, systems and community have made it possible to step away from the tools while the business continues to grow. Joining Level has been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.

Kristy Hudson, Director - Level Electrical & Air West Gosford

Level HBA 2023 2014 1

Since joining Level, the business planning and financial discipline we’ve introduced has helped us put stronger structure around the business. I was able to take six weeks off after an injury and the crew kept everything running smoothly, something that would never have been possible before. We’ve built a more capable team and the business continues to grow as a result.

David Dell, Director - Level Plumbing & Gas Goulburn

Rowan Jolly

Our business had traded under our original name for over 10 years, so we were initially hesitant about making a change. The dual brand approach made the transition easier than we expected. When we moved fully to Level, our customers came with us and the business has continued to grow.

Rowan Jolly, Director - Level Electrical & Air Maitland

Is Level right for your business?

Teoma Group Leadership Lead 2025 1 v2

Level is designed for business owners who want structure, visibility and support applied inside their business, not just advice.

Level works best for operators who:

  • Are growth-focused and commercially driven
  • Value structure, accountability and disciplined operations
  • Want to expand beyond their current local market
  • Are committed to delivering at a higher standard

Level isn’t built for businesses looking for:

  • Minimal operational change
  • Short-term, transactional outcomes

If you’re focused on long-term growth and building a more valuable, scalable operation, Level could be the right next step.

Support is practical and applied inside your operation, including operational reviews, pricing visibility, system implementation, financial reporting and performance improvement.

The focus is on strengthening consistency, visibility and profitability while helping you build a more scalable business.

Every business is different, but many Members identify early improvements through better visibility, tighter workflows and clearer financial reporting.

Long-term results come from consistent implementation, operational discipline and continuous improvement over time.

Level is best suited to established plumbing and electrical businesses with an existing team, customer base and desire for growth.

The strongest alignment is typically with owners who are committed to improvement, open to collaboration and focused on building a more scalable operation.

Level supports Members across both metropolitan and regional Australia without imposing rigid territory restrictions.

Instead, we take a considered, long term approach to ensure every Member has the space to operate, grow and expand with confidence.

Through our alliance model, markets are assessed for sustainable growth potential and to avoid direct overlap between Members. This creates a collaborative national footprint where businesses benefit from shared opportunities and support rather than internal competition.

Level does not charge percentage-based royalties. Our model is transparent and fixed-fee based, aligned to the level of support and services provided.

Financial commitments are discussed openly during the discovery process, with a focus on ensuring Members receive practical long-term value through stronger systems, operational improvement and business growth.

Level membership is structured with an initial five year term, providing the stability needed to implement systems, strengthen operations and scale with confidence.

Following this period, there is flexibility to renew the arrangement.

If the relationship is not working, the agreement includes provisions for mutual termination to ensure both parties remain aligned.

You do. All customer relationships, data, contracts and project history remain the property of your business. Level provides tools and systems to help manage customer information securely, but ownership and control always stay with you.

Level hosts national conferences, leadership courses, peer workshops and specialised training events throughout the year.

These forums provide direct access to industry leaders, commercial partners and high performing Members who openly share strategies and results.

It goes beyond traditional networking, delivering a level of connection and shared learning not typically seen through suppliers or industry associations.

Level Group Australia is a national alliance of independently owned plumbing and electrical businesses.

Level operates under a Membership model, giving business owners access to the structure and strength of a national organisation while remaining fully independent. Members keep full ownership of their business, brand, and clients, while gaining access to systems, industry insights, and strategic support usually reserved for large national operators.

We don’t charge royalties or limit your decision-making. Instead, we work alongside ambitious owners to strengthen their operations, streamline performance, and build long-term business value.

Level is an Australian-owned alliance led by industry professionals who have built and run successful plumbing and electrical businesses themselves. Our leadership team is actively involved in the growth of the network, reinvesting into systems, support and innovation to ensure Members stay ahead. Ownership remains privately held to protect Member interests and maintain long-term strategic focus.
