We’re proud to welcome Teoma Group as the newest Member to join Level Group Australia.

Led by Nick and Caroline Masson, the team behind Teoma has built one of Victoria’s most respected electrical businesses. With over 100 staff and a track record spanning more than two decades, they deliver complex commercial and industrial projects across sectors including education, infrastructure and government.

What began as Elec-trix Contractors has evolved into Teoma, backed by a proven operating model, experienced executive team and deep industry capability. Now, the business is entering its next chapter with the support and scale of Level Group Australia.

“We’ve built a strong internal culture and a reputation for delivering high-quality work,” said Nick Masson, Director at Teoma. “We understand the power of being in a group, and are excited about the growth and evolution of Teoma. By joining the Level Group we will continue this evolution, deepening our networks and allowing for continual team development within a progressive group that is focused on mutual prosperity”.
