Introducing our Head of Membership

  • 25 January 2022
  • By Level Group Australia

We are excited to announce that Sean Longman is joining Level as Head of Membership. Responsible for Membership growth, Sean joins the tribe with strong industry credentials and a reputation for helping trade businesses thrive.

Formerly an Electrician, most recently Sean has been managing a plumbing business across multiple locations. In this role he was focused on all aspects of business improvement and growth, including sales, streamlining operational systems and building capability within teams. This experience sets Sean up perfectly to understand first-hand the challenges and opportunities our Members face every day.

With values strongly aligned to Level’s, Sean’s genuine and friendly nature will be a welcome addition to our tribe.

"Tradies are some of the most genuine and down to earth people you’ll ever meet. There is no better feeling than being able to help them improve their business and see them thrive.

When I saw the launch of Level and the pace at which it was moving, I knew immediately I wanted to be a part of it and help to build on the strong momentum."

What attracted you to Level?
I genuinely believe in the Level model and how it can help trade businesses succeed, knowing that we can help make life-changing differences to contracting businesses. Being part of a team who all have a genuine intent to put contractors first was also a huge factor in joining Level.

What excites you the most about the role?
In learning about the Level model, I realised the Member offering is unique to anything else available in the market. So, I'm looking forward to getting out there and meeting with as many contractors as possible so they understand what a massive difference we can make to help them achieve their goals.

What are your favourite hobbies?
Anything rugby union and generally keeping fit. I also enjoy smoking meat, growing chillies and getting outdoors camping.

What’s your favourite food?
Chicken balti madras with mushroom rice, better still when washed down with a couple of pints of Kingfisher.
