We are excited to welcome Armstrong Plumbing to Level Group ANZ.

Founded in 1979 by Ross and Mary Armstrong, Armstrong Plumbing has grown from a trusted local service into a highly capable team delivering complex plumbing outcomes across the region. Today, the business is led by their son Cam Armstrong, supported by Andrew Butterworth, continuing the same practical, can-do approach that has underpinned the business for decades.

Based in the regional town of Yea, around 100 km north east of Melbourne, Armstrong Plumbing completes projects from the north east fringe of Melbourne through to Central and north east Victoria. While the team is well known for larger civil projects, they remain committed to providing general plumbing services for local residents and businesses in the Yea community.

Earthmoving and excavation equipment lined up on a rural driveway, representing civil project capability for Level Plumbing Yea.

A key driver for joining Level was to get clearer, more accurate insight into business performance by tightening up systems and reporting through Simpro. With the support of the wider Level network, the team is looking forward to gaining stronger visibility, adopting proven ways of working, and building confidently for the next phase of growth.

Level Group State Manager Peter Watson said,

“Ross has built a huge amount of capability within this team over many decades. I look forward to assisting Cam and the team to build upon this by adopting our systems, gaining live insights and setting themselves up for the next 40 years.”

Please join us in welcoming Level Plumbing Yea to the alliance.
