1. Eligibility:
   This offer is available to privately owned residential properties located within the ACT inner region. Properties outside this region may incur additional travel fees. The offer excludes:
   
   • Properties with shared or body corporate-managed drainage systems
     
   • Rural or commercial premises
     
   • Multi-dwelling blocks under single ownership
     
     
2. Scope of Offer:
   Offer applies only to a single fixture blockage (e.g. one toilet, one shower, or one outdoor drain). It does not cover full-system blockages such as a main sewer or stormwater line affecting multiple fixtures or parts of the property.
   
   
3. Access Requirements:
   Pipework must be located outside and have safe, unobstructed walk-up access to the inspection opening (IO). Access must not be blocked by vegetation, decking, paving, structures, or stored items. If access is not available, standard service rates may apply instead.
   
   
4. Service Inclusions:
   The offer includes:
   
   • High-pressure jet blasting
     
   • CCTV camera inspection
     
   • Up to 45 minutes total labour from the time of equipment setup
     
   • Verbal findings and recommendations at completion
     
     
5. Additional Time or Work:
   If extra time, equipment, or access works are required, this will be quoted before proceeding. Additional work is billed at standard rates and will not be carried out without customer approval.
   
   
6. Homeowner Presence Required:
   The homeowner or an authorised decision-maker must be present during the appointment. This offer is valid during normal business hours only (Mon–Fri, 8am–4:30pm).
   
   
7. Warranty:
   Level Plumbing Canberra provides a 12-month warranty on the cleared section of pipework. If further work is recommended but declined, the warranty reduces to 3 months. Warranty excludes misuse or foreign objects re-blocking the line.
   
   
8. Usage Restrictions:
   Offer is limited to one use per customer and cannot be redeemed across multiple properties under the same ownership. It is not transferable and cannot be applied to other Level Group businesses.
   
   
9. Payment & Pricing:
   The $99 fee is inclusive of GST. Payment is due upon completion. Additional charges (if required) will be outlined and agreed before work begins. Surcharges may apply for certain payment types (e.g. AMEX or late payments) or travel requirements.
   
   
10. No Camera Footage Supplied:
    The camera inspection is for diagnostic purposes only. Footage or reports are not supplied unless quoted and charged separately.
