1. Offer Overview

Offer applies to plumbing services only for qualifying works relating to blocked drains or burst pipes.

1. • • Discount applies to eligible appointments booked and completed within the promotional period Monday 2nd March - Tuesday 31st March 2026.
     • Customers must reference the promotion at the time of booking. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

2. Discount Scope

1. • 10% discount applies to standard labour charges only for the i repair works completed during the booked appointment.

3. Exclusions

The discount does not apply to:
• Diagnostic fees
• Materials, parts, pipework, fittings or fixtures
• Drain clearing equipment charges, CCTV services, jetting equipment or specialised machinery
• Excavation, concrete cutting, reinstatement, relining or major pipe replacement works
• Subcontractor or third-party services
• After-hours, weekend or emergency surcharges
• Insurance claims or insurance-funded works
• Previously quoted, staged or approved works
• Any other offer or promotional pricing

4. Escalation of Works

If the scope of works extends beyond a standard repair and requires excavation, pipe replacement, relining, or significant additional labour, the discount will apply only to the initial standard labour component and not to major works or project-based pricing.

5. Eligibility & Limits

• Valid for privately owned residential properties only.
  • Travel fees may apply outside the ACT inner region.
  • Limited to one discounted appointment per customer during the promotional period.
  • If an eligible appointment is cancelled or rescheduled outside the promotional period, the discount is void.

1. Eligibility:

This promotion is available for plumbing diagnostic fees only booked with Level Plumbing Canberra during the applicable Enlighten Festival (March 2026) calendar month. It does not apply to electrical, heating or air conditioning services.

Residential Properties Only: The offer applies only to private domestic residences such as standalone houses, townhouses, and owner-occupied dwellings.The following are excluded:

• Strata-managed properties
• Real estate–managed properties
• Rental or investment properties
• Commercial, industrial, or business premises

Homeowner Presence Requirement: The homeowner or authorised occupant must be present at the property for the duration of the appointment. This is required to allow the service to be explained, recommendations discussed, and any approvals or payments to be made on the day of attendance.

Employee Exclusion: Employees of Level Plumbing Canberra or any related Level Group entities are not eligible for this offer.

Not in Conjunction with Other Offers: This offer cannot be added to other discount or promotional offers. Only one discount per person, not applicable for multiple residences or rental properties.

2. Booking & Completion Period:

The discount applies only to appointments both booked and completed within the same calendar month as the Enlighten Festival. Bookings made during this period for works scheduled in future months are not eligible.

3. How to Redeem:

Customers must mention the “Enlighten Discount” at the time of booking. The discount cannot be applied retrospectively after invoicing or payment.

4. Scope of Discount:

The 10% discount applies to:

• Standard plumbing diagnostic fees
  

The discount does not apply to: 

• Standard plumbing labour charges
• Travel fees
• Materials and parts
• Subcontractor costs
• After-hours, weekend, or emergency surcharges
• Government fees, permits, or third-party charges
• Previously quoted or approved works

6. Example of Discount Application:

A standard plumbing diagnostic fee of $125 would be reduced by 10%, resulting in a discounted diagnostic fee of $112.50 (inclusive of GST, where applicable).
 

1. Service Area:
   Offer applies to privately owned residential properties within the ACT and local NSW region. Note: Travel fees may apply to locations outside the ACT region, and these are not subject to the discount.
   
   
2. Exclusions:
   
   
   • Not valid for commercial, body corporate, or multi-dwelling properties
   • Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, including the $99 Drain Clear promotion
   • Not transferable between customers or properties
     
     
3. Usage Limit:
   Limited to one discounted booking per customer during the promotional month.
   
   
4. Payment Terms:
   Discount is applied at invoicing. Payment is due in accordance with Level Plumbing Canberra’s standard trading terms.
