These Terms and Conditions apply to all plumbing services provided by Level Plumbing Adelaide ("we", "our", "us"). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
General Service Terms
- All work will be carried out by a licensed and insured technician.
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless prior arrangements have been made.
- We reserve the right to revise or withdraw any offer, service, or pricing without prior notice.
$0 Callout Fee
No callout fee is charged for standard service areas within Adelaide metro. This applies during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 7am–5pm). Emergency or after-hours services may incur additional fees, which will be clearly discussed prior to booking.
$99 Drain Clean Offer
This offer is valid for a single residential fixture blockage (e.g. one toilet, basin or kitchen sink) and is limited to standard blockages within the Adelaide metro area.
Excludes blockages caused by collapsed pipes, multiple fixtures, or extensive tree root damage. If further work is required (e.g. CCTV inspection, jet blasting or repairs), a fixed quote will be provided prior to commencement.
Available during standard business hours only. Offer may be amended or withdrawn at any time.
Free Smart Plumbing Health Check
This check includes a basic visual inspection of accessible plumbing fixtures such as taps, drains, and water heaters to identify early signs of wear, leaks or faults. It is included with routine service visits at no additional charge. This is not a full diagnostic service and does not replace formal inspection reports or certifications.
10-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
Select products (e.g. water filtration systems, relining materials) come with a manufacturer’s warranty of up to 10 years. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. It does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, unauthorised repairs, or external environmental factors. Proof of purchase and servicing may be required. Warranty claims are assessed and handled by the manufacturer, not the service provider.
30-Year Relining Guarantee
Applicable only to pipe relining services completed by us, using approved materials and installation methods. This guarantee covers relining failure due to defects in workmanship or materials.
It does not cover damage caused by external factors such as tree roots entering outside of the relined section, ground movement, or third-party interference. Guarantee is valid for the original property owner and is non-transferable. We reserve the right to inspect and verify all claims.
12-Month Guarantee on Labour and Parts
All workmanship and supplied parts are covered by a 12-month guarantee from the date of service. This guarantee excludes damage due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorised repairs.
If an issue arises within the warranty period as a result of our service or parts provided by us, we will return and resolve the issue at no cost to you.
Onsite in 30 Minutes
This applies to emergency plumbing callouts within designated Adelaide metro areas, and only during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 7am–5pm).
Time is measured from confirmation of booking by our team (not the time of the initial inquiry) to arrival onsite by a qualified technician.
This offer is subject to availability and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as traffic, extreme weather, or unforeseen emergencies.
Not applicable to pre-booked or non-urgent jobs. We reserve the right to verify eligibility.
On-Time or We Pay You $100
If we arrive later than the agreed appointment window without prior notice or valid reason, eligible customers will receive a $100 credit towards their service.
This applies to scheduled appointments during business hours within the Adelaide metro area.
Does not apply where delays are caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic, extreme weather, customer unavailability, or emergency callouts requiring rescheduling.
Offer limited to one claim per household per service visit and is not redeemable for cash.
Limitations of Liability
While we take every care in delivering quality plumbing services, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing issues or damage not directly caused by our work
- Delays due to parts availability, weather, or events beyond our control
- Indirect or consequential losses, including property damage or loss of business
