Background

Kestrel Manufacturing is an Australian owned manufacturer of spill control systems, metal fabrication including painting and industrial printing solutions. When they acquired a new facility they needed it to handle their diverse manufacturing demands and facilitate efficient processes between departments. This meant designing an electrical system from scratch to meet the sites requirements. 

Strategy

We planned our electrical installation by integrating the diverse needs of the entire business, we then accommodated more complex requirements in specific areas on the site. We also focussed on our solution being flexible to enable the site to easily tweak the layout as they optimise their operations in the future.

Outcomes

We met all of the clients KPI’s on this job including price, timing, functionality, efficiency and flexibility.

Most noticeably our design has allowed us to easily install additional machinery to meet the clients growing capabilities. We save our client money every time we are able to leverage our existing electrical system and distribution boards to add functionality to the site without requiring more power from the Main Switch Board.
